We are beyond grateful for your purchase and support of Orraman Leather. Our mission statement is to handmake heirloom quality leather goods that will stand the test of time. With that being said however we must recognise that we are working with leather and thread and sometimes not everything goes as planned. We value our customers and know you spent your hard earned money on our work and it is for this reason that we provide a lifetime guarantee on all our products. 

What that means is Orraman Leather will repair or replace any product found to be defective. If I can fix your product I will do that however if that is not possible I will replace it. In the event that we don't carry the same product you ordered I will give you store credit of equal value to the original purchase.

Please note that this warranty is only valid to the original owner with proof of purchase. Original order numbers or email addresses may be required to prove you did order directly from us.

We want you to have peace of mind when ordering from us that our goods will stand the test of time. This however does not include neglect, misuse, the natural patina (aging) process, damage from daily use nor does it cover putting your wallet through the washing machine, using it as an oven glove or taking it for a swim. 

This lifetime limited warranty does not include charges connected with shipping, freight, custom fees, or duties to ship product.
